She is an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Civil Law and International Trade Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. She graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Linguistic Sciences (English) in of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Postgraduate Studies on Copyright, Press and Publishing Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Postgraduate Studies on Medical Law for Lawyers at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and Summer Course on International Copyright Law at the Institute of Information Law at the University of Amsterdam.
She is an author of numerous scientific articles and works on copyright, civil and new technologies law - some of which were written in English.
In 2013 she defended her PhD dissertation on “Liability of ISPs for Third Party content” and was awarded a scientific degree of doctor in legal sciences.
She speaks English and French.
