Lucyna graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and has been an attorney since 2005. She has worked in the Firm since 1999, and became its shareholder in 2006. She specialises in civil law, especially in real estate law and business law, including corporate law and contracts in trading.
An important role in her experience is played by support for foreign investors. She counselled in a number of transactions based on acquisition of the property (including creation of property buyers, legal audit for real estate as well as negotiation and drafting contracts) and transfer of property. Lucyna provides consultancy on cases relating to the day-to-day management of real estate, including in cases on lease and tenancy. She drafted contracts on construction works for real estate development investments and templates of contracts with buyers of property, as well as other contracts related to the investment process. She speaks English, French and Russian (holds a degree in Russian Studies).
